OTP banka donated EUR 32,975 to NEUROSURGERY CLINIC KBC Zagreb
OTP banka is proud of the fact that corporate social responsibility is an integral part of its business processes, and that it contributes to the initiation of positive changes in the areas where it operates. That is precisely why the bank swiftly answered the needs of the KBC Zagreb Neurosurgery Clinic for the acquisition of equipment necessary for performing neurosurgical operations.
Mr Ivan Šimičević, member of the Board of OTP banka handed over a donation check to Prof.dr.sc. Ante Ćorušić and to the head of the NEUROSURGERY CLINIC of KBC Zagreb, Prof. Dr.Sc. Goran Mrak in the premises of the KBC Zagreb.
"At OTP banka, we are proud of the fact that social responsibility is our task as well as delivering the best possible banking service to our clients. This is certainly supported by the fact that in the last three years this is already the fourth donation to KBC Zagreb. Unfortunately, this hospital centre was damaged by the earthquake, so help was really necessary, and with the donation to Petrova, as the most famous maternity hospital in Croatia, we opened our now well-known donation program OTP Round up. I am extremely proud that this time we were also able to contribute to the excellent work of your dedicated experts and to support your work in preserving the health of all of us," said Mr Ivan Šimičević on the occasion of handing over this valuable donation.
All present representatives of the bank and KBC were addressed by the director of KBC Zagreb, Prof. Dr. sc. Ante Ćorušić; "We thank OTP banka for this valuable donation that will contribute to better treatment of our patients. With this donation we purchased equipment that will be used by the Neurosurgery Clinic, which is the largest neurosurgery clinic in Croatia. This is not our first cooperation with OTP banka, which we believe will continue successfully in the upcoming period as well."
