Global Finance Magazine selected OTP banka as the best sub-custodian bank in Croatia again

OTP banka re-affirms its position as the leading custodian bank in Croatia.

Global Finance has announced its selections for the 22nd annual Best Sub-custodian Bank Awards. The selection included banks in 83 countries and 7 regions in the world.  Global Finance’s editorial board considered market research, input from expert sources and entries from banks to select the institutions that reliably provide the best services in local markets. The criteria included customer relations, quality of service, competitive pricing, technology platforms, business continuity plans and knowledge of local regulations and practices, smooth handling of exception items as well as dealing with situations requiring various exemptions. Global Finance also conducted a survey on the satisfaction among the users of the custody service in all markets from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

This is the 10th time OTP banka has been selected as the best sub-custodian bank in Croatia according to the mentioned criteria, which goes to show that the continuity and excellence in custody operations does not go unnoticed by our clients and expert sources alike.
