OTPetica: Green light to health
OTP banka enables its clients to make donations to seven Croatian hospitals in the form of the points they have collected in OTPetica, bank’s loyalty scheme.
In times like these, when we are fighting the Corona virus pandemic, more than ever we have become aware of the need to have a widely available health care, especially for the most vulnerable groups.
That is precisely why we would like to offer our clients who have been using our OTPetica, a unique loyalty scheme, to take part in the OTP banka initiative - giving green light to the health of us all. Using various services of the bank, our clients collect loyalty points, and now they can exchange them for donation vouchers, which will be added up, cash in and donated on 1 June. The entire amount will subsequently be divided into equal sums and paid to hospitals in Dubrovnik, Split, Šibenik, Zadar, Pula, Sisak and Osijek. Our objective is to donate up to one million kuna this way, so we would like to invite our clients to joint this initiative and help our joint efforts against the spreading of COVID-19.
So far, OTP banka has donated the total of HRK 2.9 million to Croatian hospitals during March: HRK 1.5 million to the earthquake-struck hospitals in Zagreb (Zagreb Clinical Hospital and Sisters of Mercy Clinical Hospital), and additional HRK 1.4 million to seven other hospitals nationwide. We would like to thank all the healthcare workers for their efforts and for bravely enduring the exposure whilst helping their fellow citizens.
