Long-term loans

Granted for investments, and the loan amount depends on the creditworthiness of the legal entity that applied. The repayment period is from 1 to 10 years, with the grace period of 12 month, whilst the instalment frequency is negotiable (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually...).

Long-term loan for permanent working capital

The purpose of these long-term loans is investment into permanent working capital. The repayment period is 3 years, and the repayment dynamics is subject to negotiation with the borrower. The loan amount is dependent on the creditworthiness of the borrower.

Long-term loan against deposit (at the ratio of 100%)

The main advantage of this type of loan is the speed of disbursement of the funds to the borrower. This general-purpose loan is fully secured by a deposit. The loan is capped at 100% of the deposit amount (or at 90% of the deposit amount, where the deposit currency is not the same as the loan currency).

The condition precedent of loan approval is that the amount applied for is fully secured by a deposit. The loan maturity date is scheduled 15 days before the deposit maturity date.
