OTP banka d.d. has been an active market player, trading in the securities at the Zagreb Stock Exhange as well as at the foreign markets for many years now. It is a member of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and the Central Depository and Clearing Company (CDCC) where the transactions executed at the Zagreb Stock Exchange are cleared and settled. The Bank performs all transactions related to clearing and settlement on behalf of its customers, that is, it transfers the title and funds after the purchase or sale of financial instruments.

The services provided by the Brokerage Team are:

  • mediation in the purchase / sale of all financial instruments listed on the ZSE  and major foreign markets (shares, bonds, rights, etc.)
  • reporting to customers on completed transactions
  • providing information on the current supply and demand of all securities listed on the ZSE
  • transfer of title through the CDCC
  • storage of data on all transactions
  • agent activities for securities origination
  • underwriting of securities origination
  • providing services tailored to meet the individual needs of each customer
  • representation at public auctions through the IT system of the Zagreb Stock Exchange

 Our customers have the option of trading at the Zagreb Stock Exchange through licenced brokers (by phone), and via OTP e-trader application.

 

In addition to the above-mentioned services, the customers can trade financial instruments on the major foreign markets via licenced brokers (by phone), all in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

All services related to trading of financial instruments at regulated markets can be arranged in any OTP banka branch.
