In case of a loss, theft or damage to your Visa Gold card, please report it to OTP banka Call Centre on 072 21 00 21 (and dial 2 once the answering machine picks up your call). Should such unfortunate event befall you whilst abroad, you will be well taken care of by Visa Global Customer Assistance Service available 24/7 at +1-303-967-1096, where you can report a lost/stolen card, can be paid cash or issued a replacement card.
